Membership Application

1. Individuals may apply to become Members of the Create Hub Limited Membership Program by following the procedures outlined on our platform.

2. We reserve the right to accept or reject any Membership application at our sole discretion and make the final decision regarding all matters relating to Membership.

3. Upon successful application, each Member will receive a unique Membership identification number ("Membership ID"). This Membership ID is non-transferable. We reserve the right to cancel or reissue any Membership ID. Members are responsible for safeguarding their Membership ID, passwords, and login credentials.

4. We are not liable for any unauthorized use of a Membership ID, password, or login information, regardless of the cause.

5. Membership is open to individuals aged 18 or older.

6. Members may receive promotional offers, including but not limited to reward points or special privileges, as part of the Membership.

7. We reserve the right to audit Member accounts without prior notice to ensure compliance with these Terms and applicable laws. During an audit, Member accounts may be temporarily suspended, and Members may be unable to access their accounts or perform transactions.
    

Membership Rewards Program

1. We may, at our sole discretion, provide Members with opportunities to earn reward points ("Membership Reward Points") for specific activities, services, or purchases. These opportunities will be made available on the Create Hub Limited Platform and may be modified or withdrawn without prior notice.

2. Procedures, rules, and methods for earning and redeeming Membership Reward Points are subject to change. Members are encouraged to review the latest Terms before utilizing the Membership.

3. Our records, including details of Membership Reward Points earned or redeemed, redemption dates, and expiration dates, will be considered final and binding. We may correct or update records without prior notice.

4. We reserve the right to modify these Terms, terminate Memberships, and/or cancel any Member's Membership Reward Points at any time without prior notice. While we will make reasonable efforts to inform Members of significant changes, it is the Member's responsibility to stay updated on the latest Terms. Continued use of the Membership implies acceptance of any changes.

5. Any disputes regarding Membership Reward Points will be resolved at our sole discretion, and the Member agrees to be bound by our decisions.

6. Members must promptly report any unauthorized redemption or use of their Membership Reward Points. While we will review reported incidents, we may decline compensation if the Member’s negligence (e.g., sharing Membership ID or login credentials) contributed to the unauthorized activity.

7. Members are responsible for any taxes, fees, or other charges associated with redeeming Membership Reward Points. Additional charges, claims, or liabilities arising from the use of Membership Reward Points are also the Member's responsibility.

8. Membership Reward Points are non-transferable and cannot be inherited, assigned, or transferred by operation of law unless explicitly stated in these Terms.
    

Membership Termination

1. Any misconduct, fraudulent activity, or breach of these Terms may result in immediate termination of Membership and forfeiture of all related rights, privileges, and Membership Reward Points.

2. If a Member is found to have created multiple accounts, we may cancel any or all such accounts and decline to consolidate Membership Reward Points across accounts. This includes accounts created under different names or languages.

3. Members may voluntarily terminate their Membership by providing written notice to us.

4. We reserve the right to terminate any Membership at our sole discretion without prior notice. Upon termination, all unredeemed Membership Reward Points will be forfeited and cannot be reinstated.

5. In the event of a Member's death, the Membership and any unredeemed Membership Reward Points will be automatically canceled.

6. Termination of Membership, whether voluntary or by us, shall not affect our rights or remedies accrued before the date of termination.
    

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms, along with all agreements between Members and us, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.

2. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, including their existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination, shall be resolved through arbitration administered by the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC) under the HKIAC Administered Arbitration Rules.

3. The arbitration agreement shall be governed by Hong Kong law. The arbitration proceedings will take place in Hong Kong, with a tribunal consisting of three arbitrators. Each Party shall nominate one arbitrator, while the presiding arbitrator will be appointed by the HKIAC.

4. The arbitration proceedings will be conducted in Chinese.
